I guess I started watching Daitoshokan no hitsujikai because I’m a sucker for psychic powers.
The initial episodes made it look like there would be a big emphasis on the precognitive powers of the main character.
Instead, we got lots of bishoujo stringing us along and finally a sappy, feel-good speech that proves that the main love interest has discovered enough courage to live like an ordinary human:
I don’t know that the struggles of life involve joining your power with the community, as the speech shown above seems to suggest.
I do know that a lot of guy who like Asian women can agree with some of the other sentiments of the show, such as:
So if your girlfriend complains about having small breasts, just tell her it’s so you can hold her closer to your heart.
